If 14 targets in Sunday's game didn't say it, Eli Manning did.
There is no rift between him and Odell Beckham after the star wide receiver offered only a tepid endorsement for his aging quarterback in a controversial television interview with ESPN.
"I talked to him a bunch Sunday before the game, after the game and today," Manning said Monday night. "We're always close and we're tight. We're on good terms."
Asked if the Giants have a quarterback problem, Beckham, who was seated next to rapper Lil' Wayne during the interview, said, "Uhh, I don't know" before criticizing the amount of short passes he has been thrown instead of going over the top of an opposing defense.
