Eli Manning admitted that being a Giants backup for 12 of the 16 games this season was “no fun” as the Giants prioritized the growth of rookie quarterback Daniel Jones.

“I doubt it. Backing up’s not real fun,” Manning told reporters when asked about a Giants return.
Manning, 38, is keeping his possibilities open beyond that.
“Everything is an option. That’s the first decision, whether to continued playing or not,” Manning told reporters.
