According to Pete Dougherty of PackersNews.com, soon-to-be free agent running back Eddie Lacy will have limited value on the open market due to his recent ankle surgery and history of weight problems.
Dougherty added that Lacy will likely have to settle for a one-year deal in the neighborhood of just $2 million per year (based heavily on incentives).
Over the course of his four-year career with the Green Bay Packers, Lacy has averaged 4.4 yards per carry while twice rushing for at least nine touchdowns.
