Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie reportedly returned to practice Tuesday with the New York Giants, one day after missing the team's first OTA. The reason for his absence, unclear Monday, was said to be a need to attend to a personal matter.
Coach Ben McAdoo didn't really explain DRC's absence on Monday which, of course, stoked the embers of a potential controversy. Was DRC staying away from voluntary workouts because he was unhappy that the Giants had drafted cornerback Eli Apple in the first round?
