SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Janoris Jenkins achieved the no-show triple crown.
The Giants cornerback got suspended for a game after he failed to make it to the first practice after the bye week. He appeared to flat-out quit during a heinous 31-21 loss to the previously-winless 49ers on Sunday. And then he blew out of the locker room after the contest without speaking to reporters.
Head coach Ben McAdoo said he believed his team had a run in it. Jenkins sure as heck had one over the last 13 days.
