Coty Sensabaugh, the newest member of the New York Giants, began this season as a free-agent acquisition tasked with replacing Janoris Jenkins with the Los Angeles Rams. After an aborted, unsuccessful stay in L.A, Sensabaugh now finds himself in New York playing with Jenkins.
“Crazy situation,” is how Sensabaugh described it on Tuesday.
The Rams, apparently unhappy with Sensabaugh’s play, deactivated him for Week 4 and then released him. The Giants, needing help with Eli Apple injured again and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie playing through a groin injury, picked him up Tuesday and waived rookie Michael Hunter.
