There’s an ongoing debate about whether or not the New York Giant should take a quarterback or a defensive player in the 2019 NFL Draft, and for those who think that the Giants should upgrade the defensive line, one of the top prospects is Michigan lineman Rashan Gary, who has long been projected to go somewhere in the top ten.
Estimates have varied to show Gary going from anywhere to above the sixth pick that the Giants have, to somewhere below it. But with new reports coming out of a shoulder injury, Gary’s draft stock could drop from that top ten estimate to something much further down the draft board.
