Former New York Giants’ running back Paul Perkins has bounced around the NFL since leaving the Big Apple just last year.
Perkins has spent time with the Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens. Now he’s signed with the Indianapolis Colts’ practice squad, according to Adam Caplan.
Coming out of UCLA, Perkins was compared to former Giants’ running back Tiki Barber, but obviously never lived up to the billing. He was drafted by former New York general manager Jerry Reese who took him in the 5th round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Over the course of his career, Perkins has rushed for 575 yards on 165 carries with no touchdowns.
