TRENTON -- Gov. Chris Christie on Friday appeared open to the idea of one day launching a broadcast career -- but not running for office again.
The New Jersey governor called into Mike Francesa's sports talk radio show Friday afternoon and ended up discussing the rumor that he might fill Francesa's seat after the New York City icon leaves his program in December.
Christie, a major sports fan who has often guest-hosted on another WFAN show, "Boomer & Carton," said: "I enjoy doing this kind of stuff, but I enjoy talking about news also and current events.
