New York Giants’ safety Xavier McKinney didn’t get a lot of playing time in 2020 after missing most of the season with a broken foot. But when he started playing during the last few games, it became apparent that he has a lot potential.
Josh Edwards of CBS Sports has listed McKinney as one of his second-year breakout players.
McKinney was my top-rated safety in last year’s draft so I am bullish, perhaps stubborn, in regards to his potential. The former Alabama defensive back missed 11 games, but ended the season on a high note with an interception against Dallas.
