Former New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz wants Giants GM Joe Schoen to pass on quarterbacks Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders in the 2025 NFL Draft and select cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter.
Of course he does.
Asked on Thursday at the Super Bowl in New Orleans by SB Nation’s RJ Ochoa which of the two quarterback he preferred the Giants to select at No. 3, Cruz opted for the Heisman Trophy winner.
“I’m a Travis Hunter guy. I like going Travis Hunter. We need a guy that is very difficult to game plan for and I don’t think we have that right now.
