In a season filled with offensive line shuffling, the New York Giants might be ending the season with yet another makeshift line on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Matt Peart will start at right tackle Sunday for the Giants in place of Tyre Phillips, who suffered a torn right quad tendon last Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams. Phillips, of course, was replacing Evan Neal, who is out for the season with an ankle injury.
On Wednesday, the Giants got perhaps even more bad offensive line news. Starting enter John Michael Schmitz (shin) was one of two players held out of practice.
