As we move through the New York Giants position groups we come to the wide receivers.
The receivers could — should — be the Giants’ most improved position group over what they fielded in 2020. The Giants had one of the worst passing offenses in the NFL last year, and their receivers were a definite part of that. The team lacked a true “X” receiver, they dealt with injuries, and had questionable at best depth at the position.
The Giants attacked the position in the offseason, adding Kenny Golladay and John Ross in free agency, as well as targeting the receiver position in the draft, ultimately selecting Kadarius Toney in the first round.
