Neal was a LT in college (a very good one) and when the Giants drafted him he was immediately moved to RT. AT is at a solid All Pro/Pro Bowl level, I get it. But being moved from LT to RT and expecting a 10+ year career probably knocks your earnings potential down by at least $10-20M over subsequent contracts.
