Harlan Magruder asks: I’m a longtime GMen fan who lives in the Washington DC area. Like all GMen fans, I’ve been frustrated by the annual weakness of the OLine.
I get bragging rights, as the one team NY can consistently beat in the East is Washington (Manning or Jones years). Yet, I’ve watched Washington, in the past 10 years, successfully move college or failed pro tackles, Brandon Scherff, Eric Flowers and currently Sam Cosmi to guard. Scherff is a multiple Pro Bowler and Cosmi is one of the better Guards in the NFC.
