EAST RUTHERFORD — The Bears are lacking in wins, but not confidence.
Case in point: Pernell McPhee. The Chicago linebacker was informed Wednesday that Giants quarterback Eli Manning has not been sacked much this year. And Manning has not - he's been sacked 13 times, which is tied for 27th in the league.
No worries though, according to McPhee. The Bears will change that on Sunday at MetLife Stadium when the two teams play. He guarantees it.
