New York Giants’ starting left tackle Andrew Thomas was actually roommates with new NFL teammate, edge rusher Azeez Ojulari during their time at the University of Georgia together.
With that being said, they’re good friends and Thomas was with Ojulari when the Giants used the 50th overall pick on Friday night. Below is some video of their reaction to New York drafting him.
Aside from Thomas, fellow linebacker Tae Crowder, who the Giants selected with the final pick of the 2020 NFL Draft also played with Ojulari at Georgia.
I got a feeling Ojulari will fit in just fine with the Giants.
