The New York Giants selected edge rusher Azeez Ojulari in the second round of this year’s NFL Draft so they could finally have a formable pass rusher. Hopefully he delivers for defense coordinator Patrick Graham and helps this team get back to the playoffs.
Chris Trapasso of CBS Sports has ranked all of the defensive rookie of the year candidates for the upcoming NFL season. Ojulari came in at number two behind Washington linebacker Jamin Davis. Here’s what Trapasso wrote:

For those who believe Ojulari is “undersized” to rush the passer in the NFL — he was almost 6-3 and 249 pounds with 34 1/2-inch arms at the Georgia pro day.
