The New York Giants could find themselves in need of a well-rounded edge defender to help reinforce their defensive front rotation. And if that’s the case, they could take a long look at Michigan edge defender Josaiah Stewart.
Stewart has been on the periphery of the conversation surrounding a talented 2025 edge class, but hasn’t gotten all that much buzz to date. The Bronx native is short for an NFL edge at 6-foot-1 with 32-inch arms and he started his collegiate career at Coastal Carolina University before transferring to Michigan.
But once at Michigan (and settling into an edge role) Stewart quietly became one of the best edge defenders in the country.
