Players on winning teams and prospects with elite physical traits always get the most attention when Draft Season rolls around. But as the scouting community turns back to the tape, players who flew under the radar always seem to get surfaced.
TCU wide receiver Jake Bech wasn’t even flying under the radar prior to 2024 — he was a non-factor. He had 28 catches for 346 yards and 1 touchdown over the previous two seasons combined for LSU and TCU (he transferred between 2022 and 2023).
But then he managed to quietly have a breakout year in 2024 for TCU with 62 receptions for 1,032 yards and 9 touchdowns.
