2016 NFL Draft: Joshua Perry -- Is he Devon Kennard without the injury history?

The Giants' need at linebacker is well known, but Ohio State's Joshua Perry isn't nearly well-known enough.

Shortly after he was drafted by the New York Giants as a fifth-round compensatory pick in the 2014 draft, many Giants fans regarded Devon Kennard as a bust. He was a late-round pick with a concerning injury history, and that was enough to condemn him at the time.

The coaches, however, soon fell in love with him. He was the first man up at middle linebacker when Jon Beason was first injured, and by the end of his rookie year had quietly become one of the top 4-3 outside linebackers in the league.
