The New York Giants got better on defense with the selection of Owamagbe Odighizuwa with the 74th overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft. This is a great pick for the Giants. Odighizuwa is going to help the Giants run defense which gave up 4.9 yards in 2014.
The Giants fan base is used to having defensive ends who are flashy pass rushers. Odighizuwa will provide some pass rusher but is really more of a run stuffing defensive end. He isn’t an overly explosive player but he is a stout 6-3 267 pounds.
This was a solid draft selection for the Giants.
