The New York Giants' rush defense took a huge hit on Sunday in Dallas.
Per Josh Alper of NBC's Pro Football Talk, "defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins is doubtful to return after straining his calf in the first quarter and linebacker Jon Beason headed to the locker room as the second quarter got underway."
According to the NY Giants' official Twitteer, Beason left with a reaggravation of an existing toe injury:
LB Jon Beason has left the game with a toe injury. His return is questionable. #NYG

Medical staff checked on Beason's injured toe prior to helping him to the locker room. If both Beason and Jenkins are out for an extended period of time, the Giants will be left scrambling to fill two giants holes in their front seven.
