City In The Community's Young Leaders Council came together in person for the first time in over a year to train and award a new crop of mentors to help further efforts to use the beautiful game to bring people together in New York City and beyond.
A week long training session at the Boys Club of Harlem saw eighteen participants learn what it means to be coaches and mentors, as they took part in learning modules from in both the classroom and on pitch environment.
City In The Community's Kwame King, Chelsea Quinto and Darwin Ordoñez led the groups of Young Leaders during the week.
