New York City FC announced that the Club has acquired Shannon Gomez on a one-year loan from W Connection with an option to purchase ahead of the 2017 MLS season. The loan is pending ITC.
Gomez, a 19 year-old Trinidad & Tobago senior international and US residency holder, has been training with the Club for the duration of the Club’s final pre-season training camp in Sarasota, Florida and will not occupy an international player spot on the New York City FC roster.
