It only takes one mistake in New York for everyone to start with you, just ask Josh Saunders.
About two weeks ago, not even a minute went by when New York City F.C. found themselves down 1-0 to the Vancouver Whitecaps. The defense played the ball back to Saunders who bobbled it and let Vancouver grab the loose ball.
After that play, Saunders would hear it from the crowd every time he handled the ball. From one point, it’s understandable, but from the other, you have to let it go at some point.
