There’s no doubt in my mind that it had to be a little weird for Orlando City manager Jason Kreis on Sunday as he returned to Yankee Stadium for the first time since being fired by New York City FC after the 2015 MLS season.
Kreis told reporters after Sunday’s win over NYCFC that it gets easier every time he’s faced off against the Blues since taking over for the Lions.
“Each game we play against New York City, the emotions for me are less and less. The attachment is less and less, to the point where this week I didn’t have any extra motivation,” Kreis said, via MLSSoccer.
