New York City FC midfielder Mix Diskerud and forward Khiry Shelton complete their time at the US Men’s National Team winter camp.
The US Men’s National Team finished camp with two friendlies against Iceland and Canada. Diskerud started against Canada, Shelton was on the bench for the United States and did not come on. Forward Jozy Altidore, of Toronto FC, scored the game-winning goal for the US against Canada.
Diskerud and Shelton did not play in the match against Iceland.
For Diskerud, this is his first national team appearance since Oct. 13 against Costa Rica.
