MLSsoccer.com is reporting that Stoke City and USMNT defender Geoff Cameron could end up heading back to the United States to continue his career in the MLS.
The 32 year-old Cameron, who started his career with the Houston Dynamo in 2008, left for the English Premier League in 2012 and has been with Stoke ever since.
Unfortunately, Stoke City has been relegated from the Premier League and this leaves Cameron likely looking for a new club, since he has a release clause in his contract stating that they would have to sell him upon relegation.
