It was an issue in 2017 which the Saints somehow ended up successfully navigating: depth on the offensive line. On the heels of a Friday injury report which listed Andrus Peat as out and both backup tackle Jermon Bushrod and guard Larry Warford as questionable, the Saints once again find themselves dealing with those same issues of depth.
Peat, for one, is having a rough season dealing with the injury bug. He’s already missed the season opener against Tampa Bay and was out for Week 3 against the Falcons as well. This time, Peat is reportedly dealing with the effects of a concussion suffered sometime midweek, or at least not reported until midweek.
