The New Orleans Saints practice squad added backup guard/center Will Clapp again, marking his fifth transaction with the team in three weeks. The team’s seventh round pick in the 2018 draft, Clapp has been waived, re-signed, and waived again (and now re-signed again) often this year, but he has a ways to go to earn any bragging rights: practice squad quarterback J.T. Barrett was involved in 28 roster moves with the Saints in recent years, but wide receiver Andy Tanner owns the title with 29 transactions back in the early 2010’s.
To make place for Clapp, the Saints waived practice squad wide receiver Malik Henry, who signed recently after a free agent tryout.
