New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara is always in search of improvement. It’s part of what’s made him such a great player through his first two years in the NFL. So it’s natural that Kamara sought out Dr. Sharif Tabbah of Athletix Rehab & Recovery in Miami, looking for ways to train better and take the next step in his career.
What they came up with was more-advanced stabilization and core muscle exercises, which both Kamara and Tabbah have shared on social media. Here’s a clip of Kamara balancing himself on a stability ball and catching batons thrown to him from Tabbah — notice that Kamara is catching a different-colored side of each baton with each toss.
