Former New Orleans Saints standout linebacker Vaughan Johnson will appear at the Saints Hall of Fame Museum Monday evening from 5:30 p.m.-6:45 p.m. to sign autographs prior to the New Orleans Saints game with the Detroit Lions.
Johnson played eight seasons with the New Orleans Saints from 1986-1994 after being selected by the Saints in the first-round of the United States Football League Supplemental Draft. Johnson had played for the USFL Jacksonville Bulls in 1984 and 1985. He was an integral part of four playoff teams with the Saints.
In New Orleans, Johnson was a four-time Pro Bowl selection and was part of the best corps of linebackers in NFL history, the famed "Dome Patrol," including Sam Mills, Pat Swilling and Rickey Jackson.
