Tyrone Hughes, Michael Lewis to appear at SHOF Museum Sunday

Former Saints All-Pro players Tyrone Hughes and Michael Lewis will appear at the Saints Hall of Fame Museum Sunday from 10 a.m.-11:15 a.m., prior to the New Orleans Saints home game against the New York Giants.

Hughes and Lewis will be inducted into the Saints Hall of Fame on Friday at noon at Chateau Country Club in Kenner.

A New Orleans native from St. Augustine High School, Hughes played for the New Orleans Saints from 1993-96 and earned All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors in 1993. He returned two punts for touchdowns and three kickoffs for scores. Hughes added four interceptions and holds the NFL record for the most combined kickoff/punt return yards in a single game, 347, set against the Los Angeles Rams in 1994.
