Lawyers for Benson, 88, have asked a federal judge to seal 88 exhibits before the June 20 trial, including National Football League quarterly reports, attendance stats, and internal memos about the sale of five other clubs.
The documents are being introduced by the trustees Benson is suing in U.S. District Court in New Orleans.
