Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt has a great pregame routine, capping off his individual drills and warmups by making his rounds throughout the stadium to play catch with young fans who arrived early to the game.
On Monday night, one of those kids happened to be the son of New Orleans Saints punter Thomas Morstead. Beckett Morstead and several of Morstead’s other children were in the field-level seating with their mother, watching their father, Watt, and other players warm up for the game. Unfortunately, when Watt reached them, Beckett wasn’t ready to catch the pass, because he was distracted by a piece of candy.
