NEW ORLEANS - The hits just keep on coming for the New Orleans Saints' defense.
After suffering a crushing 35-34 loss to the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, it appears the Saints may have lost their top cornerback for a couple of months.
The early indication is that Delvin Breaux suffered a broken fibula in the third quarter, according to a league source.
No timetable for Breaux's recovery has been established. But similar injuries -- including the one suffered by Saints defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins this summer -- have come with recovery estimates of six to eight weeks.
