Usually NFL coaches can reserve the sleepless nights for the regular season. A Saints defense in such massive flux, however, could lead Allen, Sean Payton and Co. to insomnia even in May with the start of organized team activities.
OTA sessions typically lend themselves to experimentation with scheme, personnel packages and shifts within a perceived depth chart. You could argue most of the defense right now sits in the experiment stage.
