The official NFL Pro Bowl roster for the 2017 Season was announced on Tuesday and included six New Orleans Saints. That six tied with the Philadelphia Eagles for most in the NFC and second most overall behind the AFC’s Pittsburgh Steelers.
But while six is a much better number than the Saints have been putting in the Pro Bowl in recent years, were any players overlooked? There were three Saints who did well in fan voting but didn’t make the final cut. And one deserving player who was left out.
The six Saints who made the roster were all very deserving of the honor: Drew Brees, Cameron Jordan, Mark Ingram, Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas and Marshon Lattimore.
