New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton caught up with Josh Katzenstein of the Times-Picayune after winning the celebrity shootout event in this year’s Zurich Classic golf tournament, and took a few minutes to survey how the Saints measure up going into the 2019 NFL Draft.
“I think that you’re always looking for depth at offensive line,” Payton acknowledged, “What player can come in maybe, I heard Zach (Strief) yesterday talking (on the radio) in the evening hour about a guy that maybe can back up a (offensive) tackle. We’ll have some guys competing at that position, but we’re going to try to look at the right guys that we feel like at least fit a vision and let everything else take care of itself.
