Ginn put the third area on display Thursday night in the preseason opener's 20-14 loss to the Cleveland Brown, when he dropped what would have been a 4-yard touchdown catch on the team's second possession.
Coach Sean Payton, however, made it clear Friday there is no lost confidence in Ginn, who joined the team in March on a three-year deal.
"I am comfortable with the player and he's going to make more big plays than not," Payton said.
