Saints' Jordan avoids charges in club incident

METAIRIE, La. -- New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan will not face charges for an alleged nightclub altercation last month, according to a spokesman from the New Orleans District Attorney's office.

The New Orleans Police Department decided last month there was not enough probable cause to file charges, but it passed the case on to the District Attorney's office for a review. The DA's office concurred with the NOPD's decision, according to Assistant District Attorney Christopher Bowman.

Jordan was accused of accosting a man and spraying champagne on the man and his girlfriend inside a nightclub in the early-morning hours of Sunday, Sept.
