It wasn’t hard for Seantavius Jones and Brandon Coleman to make an impression last year.
The wide receivers, both signed as undrafted free agents last offseason, routinely made plays during organized team activities and then in their first training camp. Jones, in particular, felt so good about the work he put in at The Greenbrier last year he spoke confidently about his chances to make the 53-man roster.
That didn’t happen for either player. While there were glimmers of potential, Coleman and Jones were not ready to consistently contribute and spent the year incubating on the practice squad.
