METAIRIE, La. – The New Orleans Saints’ major injury news Wednesday has already been dissected. They lost running back Mark Ingram to a season-ending shoulder injury, which came as a surprise because he played through the entire game this past Sunday.
Here’s the rest of Wednesday’s injury report:
Receiver Willie Snead returned to practice on a limited basis after missing last Sunday’s game with a calf injury. He is optimistic he’ll be back this week.
Top cornerback Delvin Breaux did not participate in team drills after leaving last Sunday's game early with a hamstring injury – though he was in attendance for the early portion of practice open to the media.
