According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marques Colston suffered a separated shoulder in the second half of Sunday’s crushing loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He was reportedly seen in the locker room with his arm in a sling after the game.
Marques Colston, who has arguably been the league’s most underrated receiver since being drafted by the Saints in the seventh-round in 2006, is currently in the middle of a noticeable decline due to health and aging. But it’s his dropped passes that are a head scratcher.
