On Monday, the Twitterverse was full of talk of a Saints reunion with tight end Jimmy Graham. In his time in New Orleans, Graham was the most prolific tight end in team history and a legitimate star. Then the Saints traded him away in 2015 in a deal that brought center Max Unger to New Orleans.
In his five years with the Saints, from 2010 to 2014, Graham put up 4,755 yards and 51 TDs. In his three years in Seattle, Graham’s production has fallen off a cliff: 2,048 yards and 16 TDs. A 958 yard per year average with the Saints compared to a 682 yard per year average with Seattle.
