WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. -- If Sean Payton has his druthers, the New Orleans Saints will return to The Greenbrier for future training camps.
The Saints head coach and players delivered ringing endorsements of the camp set-up after Wednesday's practice, the final one at the resort complex. The Saints were scheduled to travel to Houston on Wednesday night to begin two days of intra-squad workouts against the Houston Texans. The team will return to its Metairie training complex on Monday after their exhibition game Saturday night against the Texans at NRG Stadium.
The Saints' original three-year contract with the Greenbrier ended after this season.
