The Saints and owner Tom Benson's former assistant Rodney Henry are scheduled for settlements talks at 2 p.m. Monday (April 4) in Henry's lawsuit claiming racial discrimination and back pay.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph Wilkinson will oversee the settlement conference, which is closed to the public.

Henry, Benson's assistant for 25 years, sued the Saints and owners Tom and Gayle Benson, claiming Gayle Benson repeatedly harassed him on the job, made racially derogatory remarks and orchestrated his sudden firing in June.

Henry also claims he is owed back pay for long hours staying by Tom Benson's side, running errands and shuttling them to games.
