Saints tight end Orson Charles suspended for first game of season

Well, he’s going to have to make the team first, but if that is the case, then New Orleans Saints tight end Orson Charles will be watching the first game of the season from home. He was suspended for Week 1 without pay (of course, he could be with another team by then) for violating the NFL Personal Conduct Policy, according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport.

Orson Charles was assigned to a diversion program in February for a “road rage” incident, per NOLA.
