And the NFL schedule makers had it penned in for Monday Night due to the inevitability of Drew Brees becoming the all-time leader in passing yards in NFL history. But the 43-19 final score is indicative of how the Saints dominated this one from start to finish.
Just to put an exclamation point on his milestone, Drew Brees had a masterful evening. One of the best of his career as he went 26 of 29 for 363 yards and three touchdowns with no picks.
